Minneapolis has erected the largest skyway system in the world. This maze of glass and metal bridges allows pedestrians to avoid the frozen tundra of the Twin Cities during the long harsh winters. There are 63 bridges crossing over 70 city blocks in Downtown Minneapolis. While this maze will connect you to daily commerce, hotels, shopping, dinning and banks, the connection to a condo/loft is limited. According to the MLS, there are over 400 condos/lofts listed on the market in Downtown Minneapolis of which only four buildings offer Skyway Access.
