MN MLS Updates
As of Monday July 13, the Northstar MLS has updated tax records on 22 Counties. These Counties include Olmsted, Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Isanti, Kanabec, McLeod, Mille Lacs, Nicollet, Pierce, Polk, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, St. Croix, Stearns, Wabasha, Washington and Wright. Currently the Northstar MLS provides detailed tax data on 92 total counties across the state of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Tax data on the MLS is searchable by a parcel identification number (PID), a general search which is by a house number and street name, or a detailed search that will allow you to search by over 25 search fields some of which include a map search, owner name search, last sale date search and zip code.
The MLS tax data will enable you to see tax and valuation history for each property, sale history, view plat maps and a GIS Map service which will allow you to look at such information as an aerial photo, topography map, flood zones, school districts, traffic volume, voting districts and demographics for an area.
The Northstar MLS continues to strive to serve Realtors with the most current and accurate information available and in turn allowing the consumer more access to this valuable information to help in all your real estate needs.
